Before compiling and launching an XPanel 2.0 project make sure to set the 'IP Table Address' property (in the Properties Grid) of the XPanel to the IP address of the control system:
After compilation Crestron Studio® creates the following files(saved in the 'OutputScreens' subfolder of the System project folder):
CrestronXPanel installer.exe—Installs the Crestron Smart Graphics XPanel executable as well as Adobe AIR on a Microsoft® Windows® platform. The file must be run on a PC in order for an XPanel 2.0 project to launch.
CrestronXPanel installer.air—Installs the Crestron Smart Graphics XPanel Adobe AIR file on Mac and Linux platforms. The file must be run on Mac and Linux platforms in order for an XPanel 2.0 project to launch.
NOTE: In order for CrestronXPanel installer.air to run, you must first install Adobe AIR on a Macplatform. To download Adobe AIR, go to http://get.adobe.com/air/.'Room_Name',XPanel_2.0.c3p—The compiled project for XPanel 2.0.
Jan 29, 2008 2. Design a remote control icon that looks like the Apple TV remote (Search Crestron and you'll find somebody who has done this already). Place this icon on the TPMC-8 screen next to the video window. Output the IR codes from the Crestron processor to the Apple TV. Output the Apple TV audio to whatever whole-house audio system you've.
